The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, writing proposals, explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner, and maintaining the integrity and updates to documentation when revised.   Responsibilities include: - Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational policies, procedures, manuals and training materials. - Research, develop, and document organizational policies, procedures, and artifacts to support compliance standards. - Produce electronic documentation and maintain a comprehensive library of documentation. - Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
