Job Description

Metron is seeking talented graduate and undergraduate science, technology, engineering, and math students to contribute in a variety of ways spanning research, application, analysis, and human-machine collaboration.  The successful candidate will work in small teams or one-on-one investigations with senior researchers.  Projects typically involve developing and testing software and hardware, human centered design, and concept exploration in support of national security and commercial systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Undergraduate interns must have at least one year completed towards a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or Operations Research or related field
  • Strong Object-Oriented programming experience in C++ and/or Java, including polymorphism, data structures, and algorithms
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with Windows development
  • U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED 

Position Location:  Reston, VA
