  • Job Description

    Metron’s ORCA (Operations Research & Cyber Analysis) division is seeking a mid-level Systems Analyst. ORCA employs its simulation system products in support of real-time operations, experimentation, distributed simulation and war gaming, and the acquisition analysis process.

    Successful candidates will participate in the design, implementation, test and evaluation, and employment of analytical and simulation tools. Candidates will work with military and government clients to define study objectives, develop analytic plans and statistical analysis methods, conduct statistical and simulation based analysis, brief resulting analysis to senior military and DoD government officials. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Desired Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS or MS in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Physics, or Operations Research
    • 5+ years of defense programs experience in the areas of analysis and M&S via industry, government, or military service
    • Experience with OPNAV / DoD Acquisition processes
    • Familiarity with National Systems, Navy intelligence systems,  and modeling & simulation
    • Active Secret Clearance required
