  • Job Description

    Seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and technically savvy Receptionist to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the administrative and facility needs in our Liberty Station office.  The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and will assimilate quickly by learning company policies and procedures.  The successful candidate will possess the ability to anticipate needs and problems; then react quickly with sound judgment.  The set hours for this position are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Front desk reception (to include: answering phones, manning the front desk, greeting employees and guests)
    • Administrative support (to include: document preparation , editing, binding, copying, filing)
    • Setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings, including food and beverage needs
    • Shipping, receiving, and accountability of outgoing mail
    • Assisting technical staff and management with travel arrangements and scheduling as needed
    • Maintaining, distributing and ordering all office and kitchen supplies
    • Keeping orderly all common areas
    • Maintaining Company schedule
    • Up keeping and performing typical maintenance of office machinery

    Desired Qualifications

    • 2 years of related experience
    • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office 2003/2007 applications
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
    • Excellent time management skills
    • US Citizenship required
