    Metron’s ORCA (Operations Research & Cyber Analysis) division has an immediate opening for a senior-level Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in Engineering. ORCA employs its simulation system products in support of real-time operations, experimentation, distributed simulation and war gaming, and the acquisition analysis process.

     

    Candidate will provide analytic and subject matter expertise in intelligence operations to include National, Navy, and Joint collection capabilities and collection management / tasking processes.  Experience as an intelligence watchstander, leading an intelligence watch team and/or intelligence staff tours preferred.  Additional familiarity with multiple Navy mission areas (e.g., SUW, STW) desired.

    Desired Qualifications

    • BS or MS in Engineering
      • other degrees acceptable could be Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer, Physical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Intelligence, Foreign/International Relations, or National Security
    • Ten years operational USN experience
    • Seven years operational ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) specific experience
    • Two years operational experience with UJTL, UNTL & NMETL knowledge
    • Familiarity with National Systems, Navy intelligence systems, and modeling & simulation
    • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an TS/SCI clearance; Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
    • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
